Every order ships from our kitchen in sunny Los Angeles, CA. We ship Monday through Friday.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Because our candy is handmade in small batches, processing can occasionally take 2-3 days longer during periods of high demand. We make new batches 2-3 times a week, so what ships to you is fresh.
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 1 to 7 business days within the US, depending on where you live. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Candy and summer heat aren't best friends. During hot months, packages can be exposed to heat in transit, so we recommend retrieving your delivery promptly rather than leaving it in direct sun. Our candy doesn't require refrigeration, but a short stint in the fridge restores texture after a hot ride (and some customers prefer it chilled anyway).
Our candy has a shelf life of 9+ months. Store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed.
