Storage & freshness
Keep it sealed, cool and dry, out of direct sun. Nine months and up stored that way. Heat and humidity are what shorten it, not age alone, so give a summer delivery somewhere cool to land. We hand-make batches 2-3 times a week in our Los Angeles kitchen, so what ships to you is fresh. Shelf life is 9+ months, no refrigeration needed.
