How should I store Rainbow Belts?
Keep the bag sealed somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Belts and tubes are the stickiest format we make, because the chamoy coating pulls moisture out of the air. That is normal and it is a sign the coating is real. Nine months and up stored properly. Do not refrigerate, it adds condensation.
How fresh is this candy and how long does it last?
We hand-make batches 2-3 times a week in our Los Angeles kitchen, so what ships to you is fresh. Shelf life is 9+ months, no refrigeration needed. Store it cool and dry, and reseal the bag if it somehow survives the first sitting.
