Chamoy is a Mexican sauce made from pickled fruit, chili and lime. We use the real thing, then hand-coat every piece in it along with our chili-lime seasoning. That is what gives this Mexican candy four flavors at once: sweet from the gummy, sour and salty from the chamoy, and a slow chili heat that builds after the first bite.
Our standard line sits at a friendly medium, hot enough to notice but easy to keep eating. The heat comes from real chilies rather than synthetic extract. Every product page shows a heat rating, so you know exactly what you are getting before you order.
